Just a reminder that we are having a free-sparring class this Saturday, 9/23. All students are welcome and there is no additional cost.

It will run from 10am-11ish
Please arrive before 10 am, so that we can get a prompt start.

We are back on 09/14/2026 with the full schedule! (And full uniforms)

Mondays: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 5pm (6-12), and 6pm (teens and adult). We have availability on all classes on Monday.

Tuesday/Thursday: 5:15 (4-6 year olds), 6 pm (6-12), and 7 pm (teens and adults).

Wednesdays: 12pm (full), 1pm (full), 5pm (6-12), and 6pm (teens and adult).

We look forward to seeing new students and those who had ehe summer off.
