Travel doesn't always go exactly as planned—and that's okay.
One of the things our retreat participants often tell us they appreciate most isn't the itinerary itself. It's knowing they have someone in their corner when plans change.
On a recent CBRC Retreat to Southern Utah, unexpected circumstances meant adjustments needed to be made along the way. Through open communication, flexibility, and a willingness to explore options together, we were able to create an experience that worked even better than originally planned.
That's one of the biggest advantages of traveling with a group that has experienced leadership behind it. Whether it's before departure or during the trip itself, we're committed to helping our participants navigate the unexpected so they can focus on enjoying the experience.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your training, our new schedule offers a variety of strength-focused classes designed to help you move better, get stronger, and train with purpose.

• Functional Strength 1.0
• Functional Strength 2.0
• Living Stronger
• Small Group Training
These Trainer-led sessions focus on real-life movement patterns, strength development, mobility, balance, and overall functional fitness — helping you feel stronger both inside and outside the gym. Classes are designed to be supportive, scalable, and effective for a variety of fitness levels.
