We aim to motivate and educate people to move with intention and live a life of quality health.

This particular ELDOA method class taught by Joel targeted the SI joint and pelvis which is such a powerful tool for creating stability, relieving tension, improving posture, and helping the body move the way it was designed to.

So many people carry stress, tightness, and discomfort through the hips and low back without realizing how connected it all is. Watching clients feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident in their movement is one of the most rewarding parts of this.

Small intentional movements. Big impact.
Forever thankful to have Joel share his methods that help people reconnect with their bodies and move through life with less pain and more freedom and the movement he provides that goes deeper than just a workout. Looking forward to the next one!

Before starting 1-on-1 training with Scott, Sean experienced tendinitis which made even simple movements frustrating. He was constantly dealing with pain, stiffness, and the fear of making things worse. What made the biggest difference was having a program tailored specifically to his body, his limitations, and his goals.

Through intentional strength work, mobility, and consistency, he's gradually rebuilding trust in his body again. The pain has decreased tremendously, movement improved, and he's gained strength again.

What he appreciated most was having someone who paid attention to the small details, adjusted when needed, and reminded him that healing and progress aren’t linear. He was training on his own & causing repetitive strain, overusing movement patterns, lacked mobility, and creating muscle imbalances and surrounding tissues to become irritated and inflamed.

Now he's able to move with more confidence, do activities he avoided before, and feel stronger both physically and mentally. 1-on-1 training didn’t just help his tendinitis — it helped him regain control of his body and quality of life.”

That's what we do @ 3D. Develop a program fpr you that provides longevity and a better quality of life.

What a beautiful reminder of what movement, connection, and community can do.

Our Mother’s Day Aerial event was filled with laughter, courage, support, and so many meaningful moments. Watching women show up for themselves, their daughters, their mothers, and each other was extra special.

Some came to try something new.
Some came to reconnect with themselves.
Some came simply to spend quality time together.

And every single person left a little stronger, a little lighter, more fearless, and a little more empowered.

There’s something powerful about seeing women lift each other up — literally and figuratively — while learning to trust their bodies, embrace joy, and celebrate movement without judgment.

These are the moments that remind us why we love teaching in this space. It’s never just about aerial hammocks, hoops, and silks. It’s about confidence, healing, laughter, connection, epic convos, and creating memories that matter.

So grateful for every person who shared this experience with us and helped make this event so incredibly special. 💕

Truly a "Magical Mothers Day"

Thank you🙏🏽

Success like this deserves to be celebrated 🙌

Meet Fawn, one of our incredible group fitness members who came back after a knee replacement with a clear goal: move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what she loves—riding horses.

But what stands out even more than the results is her perseverance. She refused to let pain dictate her life or stop her from moving forward. She not only exercises but has applied Anti inflammatory nutrition, cold plunging, infrared sauna, and attends our Aerial Yoga class! An intentional program with a multitude of health elements.

Since then:
✨ Down 86 lbs
✨ Improved mobility
✨ Stronger core
✨ Reduced back pain
✨ Back to riding horses with more confidence than ever

This is what it’s about—real life impact. Not just numbers, but resilience, freedom in movement, and confidence in your body.

Proof that it’s never too late to rebuild, push through, and come back even stronger 💪

We love her Sass in Class too! Wonderful person through and through:)
Keep moving forward in life Fawn! 3D Family has got you. That's what we do here! 🌟

WHAT NO JUMPING NEEDED?

Flow rope is a simple tool with big impact. It builds coordination and strengthens your brain-body connection through rhythmic, cross-body movement. The continuous patterns improve shoulder mobility, support spinal health, and develop functional strength without heavy load. It also doubles as low-impact cardio, helping you build endurance while staying joint-friendly.

Beyond the physical, rope flow helps you drop into a focused, almost meditative state—reducing stress and improving mental clarity. Perfect for warm-ups, recovery days, or anytime you want to move with intention.

STRENGTH
It strengthens without feeling like “strength training.”
Because you’re controlling the rope through continuous motion, your:

* shoulders
* arms
* core
* and even hips

THANK YOU for creating this method!

A GLIMPSE INTO MY WORLD!

I have one daughter and another on the way this August 💕 Life is full and beautifully busy.

I’ve got two cats (including my three-legged wonder 🐾) and a tiny but mighty chihuahua.

When I’m not running my aerial groups, you’ll find me crafting, reading, fostering puppies, restoring furniture, or chasing adventure—whether that’s roller skating, snowboarding, camping, or riding motorcycles (dirt and street).

Basically… if it’s creative or a little wild, I’m in ✨

Check out my classes and come join me on the ground or in the air. I’d love to help if you have any questions!

Walking after lunch is one of those simple habits that quietly delivers a lot more than people expect. It’s low effort, but the payoff is real—especially if you’re consistent.

First, it helps regulate blood sugar. After you eat, your blood glucose naturally rises. A short walk encourages your muscles to use that glucose for energy instead of letting it spike and crash. Over time, this can support better metabolic health and reduce that mid-afternoon slump. I get it every time. I chose differently today!

It also improves digestion because gentle movement stimulates your digestive system, helping food move through more efficiently. That can mean less bloating, less heaviness, and a more comfortable afternoon overall.

Energy and focus tend to get a noticeable boost too. Instead of feeling sluggish after a meal, walking increases circulation and oxygen flow, which can help clear brain fog and sharpen your mental state. It’s a much more effective reset than reaching for caffeine. And yes I do that too! Nit tuday.

The stress benefit that people often overlook. Stepping away—even for 10 minutes—can lower cortisol levels and give your mind a break. If your mornings are busy or high-pressure, that short walk acts like a reset button for the rest of your day.

And if fat loss or general fitness is a goal, these small walks add up. You’re increasing daily movement (your non-exercise activity), which plays a big role in overall calorie burn without adding strain or requiring a full workout.

You don’t need much:

* 10–15 minutes is enough
* Easy to moderate pace (no need to push hard)
* Consistency matters more than intensity

It’s one of those habits that seems almost too simple—but done daily, it can shift how you feel for the entire afternoon.

GET TO STEPPIN;)

There’s something powerful about walking into an aerial yoga class unsure and walking out feeling better.

Maybe you didn’t nail every movement. Maybe you wobbled or had to reset more than once. But somewhere in that process, something shifted.

You moved your body in a new way.
You trusted yourself a little more.
You did something you couldn’t do before.

And those small wins? They’re not small at all.

They’re the moments that build strength, confidence, and resilience—inside and out. The kind that carry over into your everyday life in ways you don’t even realize yet.

And...I’m so grateful to be part of that process. To guide people in this space, to witness those breakthroughs, and to celebrate the little victories that turn into something so much bigger.

Because those small successes? They bring real joy. The kind that reminds you what your body is capable of and why you started in the first place.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up.

Because every time you leave feeling just a little bit better than when you walked in is progress...and that’s what truly matters.
