Since starting Legends 2 months ago- Ricky has noticed an increase in his stamina, leg strength, and mobility! This month’s Member of the Month is one of the most consistent, encouraging, and hardworking women in our community. Pamela is a dedicated second grade teacher, proud mom of three grown sons, and someone who truly embodies what it means to show up for yourself and others every single day. From early 5:15 a.m. classes to crushing goals she once never thought possible, she brings positivity, determination, and heart into the gym every morning. Her growth, consistency, and willingness to encourage everyone around her make her such a special part of our CrossFit HighTide family. We are so proud to celebrate Pamela as our May Member of the Month!
