RVA United Football conditioning day 3 at da Well.

RVA United football conditioning day 2 at the Well. We rocking Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6-8pm. Shorts, Tshirt and cleats come ready to work.

RVA United Football Conditioning first day getting it in the hot sun at Blackwell Field thanks to all the coaches and kids that showed up to put in work, next work date will Monday thru Thursday from 6-8pm.

Happy Sunday Rva United family today from 2-4pm we will be having football conditioning workouts make sure u a tshirt shorts and cleats also bring bottles water and be ready to work… Registration will be on site today also $25 money order

6/7/26 - Sunday we will have onsite registration as well as the pre-conditioning workout from 2pm to 4pm, please bring your kids out and let them run with Rva United. Please wear shorts, cleats and t-shirts and drink plenty of water.
