During these times, we can all get a little restless. And that’s okay. We’ve put together a couple different scavenger hunts for you.
One is designed for an around town road trip scavenger hunt and the other is designed for a city/midtown walking adventure. We hope you can use these to break up your regular “routines”. Great for a cheap family or date day.
Maybe compete with friends!
However you do it, take pictures, tag us, we’d love to see them.

This weekend, one of our instructors, Cristin, had the opportunity to work with one of our students one on one. She was able to offer a full class while also offering alignment adjustments. These are some of the before and after pictures.

Have you ever wondered if you’re using proper alignment in class? It’s amazing how these little adjustments can make huge differences in a person’s practice.

OmGrown offers a safe space to allow for questions as well as offer minor adjustments to help you grow in your practice. We’ll work with you during class through cueing, discrete 1:1 offerings and, with consent, hands on adjustments.

We can also schedule one on one or small group sessions to allow for a more personalized practice to fit your needs and goals.

Falling out of a pose offers more growth then not trying and who knows what’ll happen when you try.

If you fall, just get right back in!

Today 3 of our community teachers came together to showcase our various styles of yoga in a transitional class. It was great to see so much enthusiasm for what we’re trying to do here.

We were also lucky enough to have our biggest champion, Jennifer, of in class today.

Never be afraid to fall apart, it presents an opportunity to rebuild yourself the way you wish you’d been all along.

There are days, weeks even, we feel as though our stressors are too heavy for us to carry. Sometimes, we need to fall apart to let go of the things that aren’t ours to carry, to release ourselves from the anxieties we have buried and to establish a stronger, healthier version.

Allow for the progress, its growth, not weakness.
