10 hours. 4 reformers. A room full of 10 curious, driven minds.
This weekend’s Reformer training was all about depth—breaking things down to build them back stronger. From first-time teachers to seasoned instructors, every perspective brought something valuable.
We didn’t just use the reformer. We deconstructed it, piece by piece, and put it back together. Because if this is your craft, you should know it inside and out.
Reformer One sets the foundation for everything that follows, and we’re committed to refining it every single round.
Then into Reformer Two—layering, building, and exploring how to break movements apart to create smarter, more intentional classes.
And a huge moment: diving into common injuries + modifications with Marisa, giving our instructors the confidence to walk into any studio ready to adapt, support, and lead.
