🔹Position 1: Ranch/Barn Hand🔹

Responsibilities include:

* Cleaning stalls
* Feeding horses
* Filling and cleaning water troughs/buckets
* Bringing horses in and turning horses out
* General barn and ranch maintenance
* Property upkeep (fence checks, cleaning, organizing, etc)
* Assisting with lessons or events when needed
* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

Qualifications:

* Experience working around horses is preferred
* Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
* Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable transportation
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed

🔹Position 2: Horseback Riding Instructor🔹

We’re looking for an enthusiastic instructor to help teach our lesson program, working with riders of all ages and experience levels, from beginner through advanced.

Responsibilities include:

* Teaching safe, engaging horseback riding lessons
* Preparing horses and equipment for lessons
* Matching horses appropriately with riders
* Monitoring rider progress and providing constructive instruction
* Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
* Assisting with camps, clinics, and special events as needed
* Helping with basic horse care and barn duties when necessary

Qualifications:

* Previous riding instruction experience preferred
* Strong horsemanship skills and horse handling experience
* Ability to teach riders of varying ages and skill levels
* Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
* Patient, encouraging, and safety-focused
* Reliable transportation
* Flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
