Rel is one of the hardest working and determined kids I have the pleasure of coaching. Every session he finds a way to rise to the occasion and get better no matter the circumstances. I’m expecting great things in this upcoming year!

When Hudson began his training program, the focus was building stability and confidence as he was back from an injury. Without spiking any irritation we wanted to increase range of motion, ankle stiffness and stability to showcase his speed & power.

As he started to develop and check those boxes we started to increase his workload. More intensity in drill work, larger sprint volumes and great in-depth strength training.

Over the last two months Hudson has drastically improved his speed (a little over a 2 MPH increase) as well noticeably strengthening his foot/ankle complex while learning to use it better to develop greater power. This track season, he’ll be stepping very different 💪🏽

During the summer we grew exponentially in speed, power and strength! To help connect the dots and make sure athletes weren’t blinded by distractions we pointed out clear improvements session by session. Truly helped the guys 💪🏽
