• discipline

• emotional regulation
• consistency
• confidence through structure

A lot of young athletes have talent.

The separator long-term is usually self-control.

Learning how to focus.
Learning how to stay coachable.
Learning how to push through discomfort correctly.
Learning how to channel energy instead of being controlled by it.
