Our classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease in your body. Wild Flower Yoga is a warm, supportive movement studio in Richmond, Michigan. We help you move with ease and feel better in your daily life. Our approach is steady and sustainable. We focus on gentle strength, joint support, flexibility, balance, and calming practices that improve everyday comfort—without intensity or pressure. Whether you're easing stiffness, supporting your back, rebuilding confidence in movement, or simply looking for a peaceful place to reset, you'll feel welcome here. Classes are intentionally small, allowing our teachers to offer personal attention and clear guidance for every level and every body. We believe movement should feel good, and that with the right support, you can stay active and comfortable through all stages of life. Ready to take some time for yourself and enjoy the beauty of fall?

Join us for a special evening of group Reiki followed by a creative flower bouquet workshop.

We'll start by slowing down, relaxing, and experiencing the calming energy of Reiki. Then, we'll enjoy some creativity and connection as you create your own beautiful bouquet using seasonal, locally grown flowers to take home.

No experience with Reiki or flower arranging is necessary. Whether you're curious about Reiki, love flowers, or just want an evening to relax and do something a little different, this event is for you.
Come unwind, connect, get creative, and enjoy a little bit of fall magic with us.
