River City Youth Fitness Helping your kids develop a healthy body and mind for life! River City Youth Fitness was founded in 2004 and is family owned and operated.

RCYF is a multi-venue facility for anyone ages 18 months to 18 years old! We offer instruction in gymnastics, dance, and general fitness. Our programs are structured to accommodate any skill level and help establish a foundation of strength, agility, and body awareness which will help in any athletic endeavor. Mission Statement: We wish to create an environment where children develop a positive attitude towards physical activities that will grow to include healthy habits for a lifetime. First and foremost, we are a gymnastics school. All of our Coaches and Instructors teach with the following principles and philosophies in mind: safety, ultimate respect, enthusiasm, structure and discipline, an open line of communication with parents, clear expectations, perpetual motion, creativity and variety. Above all else, our coaches have chosen their careers because of their love and compassion towards children and the healthy development of young athletes. With that said, it is very important to realize that our program goes far beyond the world of gymnastics. We demand the utmost respect from our students and reinforce many values such as honesty, integrity, and courage. We hold young athletes accountable for their actions, teach them that hard work pays off, and encourage them to have a healthy and competitive spirit towards all aspects of life.
