Progress comes to those who train and train; reliance on secret techniques will get you nowhere. Morihei Ueshiba

Dear Friends:

I'm really done with FB. Sometime within the next week, I will delete both my Eastshore Aikikai page and my personal FB page, and close my account.

If you have my phone number you may text me. (If you don't have it and want it, message me on FB within the next week.) You can find me on Bluesky. Look for Elizabeth Lynn .bsky.social
I am also on WhatsApp. My European friends in particular may want to contact me there.

It's a bittersweet parting: I will miss what FB used to be. But it has grown less and less interesting, and I no longer trust it.

I wish you all well.
