✨ Monthly Community Sound Bath ✨
🗓 Saturday, March 14, 2026

Allow your nervous system to rest and reset in a soothing, candlelit sound bath.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle in, then move into a deeply immersive sound journey featuring ocean wave drum, crystal singing bowls, and Koshi chimes.

A sound bath is a full-body listening experience — where you are “bathed” in sound, with love and care. The vibrations help quiet the mind, relax the body, and invite your system into a state of deep restoration and healing.

No experience needed. You are welcome exactly as you are. 🤍

Please wear cozy, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and anything else you need to feel warm and supported. We also have mats and blankets available at the studio.

You did not just have a baby.
You crossed a threshold.

This spring, we’re gathering for a 6-week circle:
The Fourth Trimester & the Self — A Postnatal Yoga Support Group
🗓 Mondays, March 16 – April 20, 2026
⏰ 2–4 PM
📍 Gaia Yoga – The Sunroom (Richmond, CA)

Co-facilitated by Martina Chavez-Young (Founder of Gaia Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Instructor) and Sannaz Keyhani (Birth Doula, Yoga Teacher & Perinatal Public Health Researcher), this series centers postpartum as a developmental initiation — not something to “bounce back” from.

This is not about productivity.
It’s not about advice.
It’s about being witnessed in transformation.

Each week includes:

• Gentle, trauma-aware postnatal yoga
• Facilitated reflection on identity, relationships, and the inner world after birth
• Space for grief, joy, rage, tenderness — all of it
• Rebuilding trust in your body
• Meaning-making in community

Pre-crawling babies are welcome.
Feeding and soothing are supported.
Dedicated baby-holders will be present.

This group is for those seeking depth, reflection, and relational support in early parenthood.

💛 Sliding scale $300–$600
💛 Payment plans available
💛 10% of proceeds donated to a birth equity nonprofit
💛 Limited to 12 participants
