Most people quit right here…
not because nothing is happening,
but because they don’t understand what is happening.

Quick reminder:
fat does not turn into muscle.
Fat shrinks.
Muscle builds.

And in the beginning?
The scale might not move at all.

When you start training:
• muscles hold water while they repair
• fat cells begin to shrink
• your body is learning something new

That “am I doing this right?” phase?
That’s not failure — that’s your body adapting.

Body recomposition is a cycle, not a straight line.
Consistency is what makes the changes visible.
