Hello Everyone!
Tomorrow in observance of Memorial Day, our schedule is as follows:
7-8am
8-9am
9-10am
If you plan on doing full versions of one of the Hero Wods planned, please attend 7am or 8am classes (the workouts will possibly be an hour long). Partial and scaled versions will also be available.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Tomorrow we will reopen indoor classes. The morning class schedule moves up a half hour and there will be 4 morning classes. We will require masks, and classes are limited to 4 people for now. YOU MUST SIGN UP VIA MINDBODY IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING. COACHES WILL NOT ADMIT ANYONE THAT HAS NOT SIGNED UP. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP OF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON ATTENDING. If you do not want to wear a mask, we will also have the outside area available.
Full class schedule is as follows:
Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri:
5-6am, 6-7am,7-8am, 8-9am
12-1pm
4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm
Sat:
8-9am
9-10am
We will leave some time to clean up and clear the gym before the next class enters. If you are attending, please enter through the back roll up door, and when exiting, leave through the front.
For everyone’s safety, please use the hand sanitizers or wash hands upon entry. We will not be sharing equipment so no more chalk buckets, or belts unless they are your own. If you need recommendations, let us know.
This probably goes without saying but, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL. We want to exercise extreme caution for everyone and keep everyone safe. We understand some new protocols may be tough, so bear with us.

So this happened....
As expected, today we, along with every other gyms and “non essential” businesses were ordered by the Contra Costa County Health Department to shut down for 3 weeks (April 7th). We are all very disappointed, but also understand the intent. What this means is the gym will be closed, but we will still offer programming for everyone to do at-home. As a small business, it puts us in a difficult situation, but we ask that you all bear with us until we can reopen. Again, this really sucks, but we will do our best to post videos, give you programs via email or text, and answer any questions and help everyone continue their fitness journeys, while away from the gym.
We’ll miss seeing our CrossFit Riveter family, but will be excited to see you all in 3 weeks!

Monday 01/27: normal schedule
Tuesday 01/28: morning and evening are normal, no 12pm class
Wednesday 01/29: normal morning schedule, evening class times: 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm (no 4pm open gym)
Thursday 01/30: morning is normal, no 12pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm classes
Friday 01/31: normal morning schedule, evening class times: 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm (no 4pm open gym)
