Coble Bower was the Individual High Point Award Winner last weekend at the Red Wolf Spring AAU Diving Invite 👏👏👏 Coble finished 3rd on 3-meter, 2nd on 1-meter, and shared Synchro gold with teammate Isaac Williams 👯‍♂️ Well done, Coble!

10-year-old Hashem Wall put up 186.20 points in five dives today at the Red Wolf Spring AAU Diving Invite 😳

Where to even start? For the final week of 2024, DiveRVA hosted the Winter Training Camp, and most of the photos in this post are from *one* of those six days.

A star-studded cast of guest coaches flew in to join Diane Maiese from all over the U.S., including U.S. National Team member Kristen Hayden, USC Head Coach Mike Wright, Indianapolis Head Coach Corey Cole, and UT Assistant Coach Manny Pollard (, , , ).

We had brand new divers, J.O. divers, high school, college and masters divers, ranging from 8 years old to [redacted]. Every single one walked away with new skills, new muscles, and new belief in themselves.

I don’t feel able to do this event justice in this little box, so I’m very excited to see what comes up with after spending the whole week with us. We’ll share more as soon as we can!

Wishing all the luck in the world to our own and chaperone as they travel to Sau Paulo, Brazil, for “Taça Brasil De Saltos Ornamentais, Campeonato Brasileiro” — The Brazilian Diving Cup, Brazilian Championship.
