Our Story
Maiden Motion is a locally and woman-owned fitness studio opened in August 2019. We offer Cardio Barre and Cardio Dance classes in our fresh, spacious studio.
We are located in The Fan area of Richmond, close to the Virginia Commonwealth University campus. The studio is on W. Cary Street between S Harvie and S Randolph.
We invite you to tour our studio and all its amenities, take a class with one of our talented instructors, and join our Maiden Motion sisterhood.
