Good luck to Rocky!!! He competes tomorrow at USPA Ultra Nationals - his first Back Squat attempt will likely be around 9:45am.

Rocky is so consistent with his training, making sure that he is pushing himself while also prioritizing recovery. He is such a joy to see in the gym, and he just radiates enthusiasm for becoming your strongest self. Even on his toughest training days, he makes sure to encourage others around him to continue to pursue their own feats of strength.
