Tryouts are open for all ages, with focused recruiting for our Rising 10U, Rising 11U, Rising 12U, Class of 2029, and Class of 2030 teams.

Every player earns their spot—including returning players—as we continue building for the upcoming season.

Unlike most National Organizations, WoW Factor Premier's goal isn't about the bottom line, rather about the development and growth of the player(s) in preparation for the next steps in their baseball careers.

We do this in several different ways. We allow coaches freedom to set their own schedules, make their own budgets and operate autonomously with the WoW Factor Premier system. We host internal Scout Days with the Nations largest Amateur Scouting service, PBR, we use other scouting services such as FieldLevel to help grow player profiles for college recruiting, and finally, we remain fully transparent about the tools and resources we use within our framework. We feel that these things separate us from the other organizations with the "standardized budgets/cost" approach vs allowing the teams/coaches to set whatever pricing structure they feel appropriate for each team.

The Central/Southern Maryland group has is adding an additional team to its group. We will be brining on a 10u team along with the already current 11u team. We are still looking for teams and coaches that want to be apart of the growth that is happening.

WoW Factor Premier's goals are simple; build a program that focuses on developing players, teaching fundamentals, clean defense, quality baseball that transcends through the collegiate level.

Each player gets clear instruction, consistent reps, and specific feedback that helps build IQ, confidence and competitiveness all while handling success and failures. The result? Measurable growth, better mechanics, better decision making and a stronger, healthier player who is ready to take the next step.

Ex*****on of this requires commitment from the player, coach and parent while combining old school and new school ways of thinking. Ultimately resulting in achieving results through various approaches.

We want to keep the focus on the player and their development rather than the "business" of travel/showcase baseball. We have an extremely transparent pricing structure that focuses on allowing coaches to make their own schedules and budgets. In combination with the coaches schedules and budgets, we compete in the same tournaments and showcases as other National Organizations but for far less money and without sacrificing quality of team and competition.
