The logo is inspired by my last name, "Nightingale", which is bird commonly known for it's powerful song voice in nature. While I can not sing, LOL, I do use my voice to share God, Life, Sports and Health & Wellness with others every opportunity that I get. "Knowing that YOU feel GREAT on the Inside, makes ME feel GREAT on the Inside", which is a good model of Teamwork that I practice. My vision was to start a safe and secure gym facility where the focus was on the individual's goals, needs, and concerns, making sure that the individual felt important, their voice is heard and they are actively involved in producing the results. After much prayer and searching for a site, I began to realize there was a place right under my nose. My church had a building that was being used for storage but still had lots of available room for use, as well as an open field nearby. I presented a business plan to my pastor and we talked about doing some community outreach, thus putting my vision in motion. TeamNpacT is located on the campus of:

Since mid January, we've been operating Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings offering : Boot Camp classes, sports conditioning camps, personal training sessions, open workouts, consultations and health & wellness lectures to the church and community. The facility is open to the public and all ages are taking advantage of the services being offered.

Tues & Thurs @ 5am & 6am
Saturday @ 8am, 9am & 10am

Saturday @ 11am
