HIGHLIGHT REEL!

Yesterday we participated in the annual LiftOFF. The LiftOff raised over $37,000 to provide free exercise for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. I am endlessly impressed with Jake Rowell and his team’s ability to provide well run and meaningful events. Thank you to everyone who supported, volunteered, and lifted with our team.

I just received an email that another gym is closing in our area. That makes at least 4 local gym closures in the past year, and it pains me to think of the folks who were supporting these facilities ending up at some chain gym or worse, not training. Obviously, finding a new home can be very intimidating, especially if the equipment, approach, etc. looks different than where you were. So, I’d like to help with a few free 1:1 sessions.

How to sign up: TWR offers a zero obligation single month of Open Coaching for $149. If your gym has closed within the past year or has announced an impending closure, sign up for this option and shoot me an email with your name and gym that closed. From there we will schedule up to four 30min technique sessions to help you learn the gym and the program of your choice. Hopefully you will decide to stay with us, but if you don’t, there won’t be any fee or hassle otherwise. You just scored some free personal coaching with a month of gym membership and Open Coaching. This will only be available through May, and sessions are limited to availability. So, if you are seriously considering training with us, please don’t hesitate to sign up and sent that email. HIGHLIGHT REEL!

Zach and James went down to Halifax, VA for the November Reign III on Saturday both finishing in third place with several personal bests throughout the day. It’s great to see the strongman folks’ continued progress. Hopefully we will have more of you with us at the next contest. Meanwhile enjoy these clips of James and Zach having a day!
