In the past few days RACC Officers have executed two separate, very successful, seizure operations resulting in 16 dogs and 6 chickens being removed from deplorable living conditions. As the only open admission shelter in Richmond, RACC is tasked with making space for every pet in need. Our cage space is limited and we need you! RACC is going to open by appointment today (Tuesday)-we will work to accomodate any time for you in an effort to find placement for dogs currently available for adoption that will allow space for the dogs we seized.
