I am working with Chris at CEL Structure on getting some early 20th century Richmond bicycle shop ads made into a nice poster and he brought me this sample of a Richmond Bicycle Company picture he did, Amazing! I totally understand riding and loving an electric bike, but for us Gen-xers (and baby boomers!)a regular old bicycle just feels right. When you ride a bicycle, you are taking in your city or town at a slower pace, so something moving along with traffic at 28 miles an hour just takes something away from the ride, in my opinion anyway. When we got our first "new" bike, it was an event, our first taste of freedom, even if we were only 2 blocks from home and back on the porch by the time the street lights came on! So if you have the choice between a regular bike and an electric one, take the regular one out from time to time. Everyone have a great weekend! Danny's Cycling and Fitness Warehouse Patricia Adams

Mickey is a great customer and buddy, and he rides his electric wheelchair just about everywhere. He lives at the Music City building and right outside his door its very hectic and dangerous if a person is not paying attention. Mickey has nice flags, and we just added lights and a reflective helmet, so he should be good to go! Lights, helmets and flags are not just for bikes! I love when customers come in on the word of a friend! Its hard to compete with the internet, especially when prices on items flucuate so much. I feel if you treat your customers right and make them feel like its worth it to come in to the shop physically, then i have made a descent impression. No overnight shipping or Doordash coming from this shop, just good people and maybe a vinyl record spinning every now and then! Danny Adams Patricia Adams
