This is a holistic practice combining slow, intentional yoga poses with self-myofascial release techniques (using therapy balls or foam rollers) to target the fascia; the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, organs, and bones.

Looking for a practice that incorporates resistance training, flexibility, balance, control, and engagement of the stabilizer muscles, not just the superficial muscles? Then this workshop is for you! Not many people know the true benefits of spring wall Pilates or even what the practice actually is. In this work shop we will go over all of the equipment, posture/ alignment cues, breathing techniques, and benefits of this practice.
