CrossFit is a safe place to challenge yourself. ❤️‍🔥🥺 — Crossfit 845: Christine K’s very first 12” box jump 🔥 There is a lot going on in this video: A ton of support especially from her Coach Christine, and also one of Christine’s biggest cheerleaders, Adrienne. But most interestingly enough, Christine says “sorry” TWICE. Let us assure you all: although it is normal for us to say sorry when people are waiting for us, we will wait all damn day long for any accomplishment. No one should ever feel as if they are a burden to us. This is truly the judgment-free place. Many many emotions in this video. Great job Coach Christine for getting Christine to this point.
