Team Train Insane Studios!
Super excited to have Angel as a part of our training program! She’s definitely not new to hard work and she’s already a beast!! We’re just here to give her a little boost and a little more confidence!! This is week 2 and she has done an amazing job!!
Our goal is to shed a few more pounds and tone! She looks amazing already. However, the finish product will be jaw dropping!! I NEVER disappoint!! NEVER!!!

Nearly two weeks ago Emberly Harden was 185lbs!! Today she’s 179.2lbs!! Our goal weight is 160lbs or less!! I’m super proud and excited for Em… Life hits us all.. but when God blesses us to see another, make it a great day!!

Recap from the 5am training this morning! One thing about training with me, you will get results! Our programs will challenge you mentally as well as physically! However, the programs WORK!! We do this Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday!!! However, if you contact me for training be prepared to train..

Disclaimer!
Our programs aren’t made for everyone. If you’re one of those that always has excuses or lazy don’t waste your time contacting me! I can tell from our first encounter whether you want it or not.. Don’t come to me complaining about your previous trainer because you’re gonna do that same thing to me if you don’t make it with our programs!

So if you’re ready to drop some weight and get in shape I currently have a couple of morning sessions available! 5:45am-6:15am and 6:15am to 7am! These are 45 min sessions 3 times a week for one month is $200!! I also have 8:15am-9am as well. These slots can be used for toning only, weight training only, cardio only or a mixture of both. They are beginner friendly as well!!

5am training was once again🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I enjoy the fact that these ladies come with the mindset of going to failure!!! We’re currently booked!! No morning slots available from 5am-12pm. We have one or two slots opened in the 5am group training. I appreciate all of our new/ returning members who have rejoined our training programs for the summer!! We have our 8 week summer group training program for $399. Requires $150 min deposit..

Great job Jack Jack on your weigh in this morning as well! Awesome job!!! 250lbs pregnant! 230lbs when she started back training last year and today she 190lbs!!!!! Total of 60 lbs GONE!!!!! We will be 175lbs by next month and 160 by July !!!!
