Mississippi Cyclocross Project

Thank you so much for your support during the past years of our program. We started this initiative in Austin, back in 2014. Our goal was to remove barriers and bring likeminded parents and their kids to fall in love with riding bikes. During this time we have helped hundreds of kids learn how to ride their bikes, meet new people and make riding bikes part of their lifestyle.

Personally, it has to allow my family and I to meet wonderful people like you, which we consider friends for life!

Today we announce that our Mississippi Cyclocross Project has officially come to an end.

Program Update! After reviewing the availability of our mentor/volunteers. We have decided to move our program to January/February. The tentative dates for the 4 event for the MS CX Cup are January 10th, 17th , February 7th and 14.

TCMBA Annual Fat Tire Festival/McGee Lungbuster at the Ridgeland Trails: Next weekend we will not have practice, however, our friends at the Tri-County MTB Association will be hosting their annual MTB Race, Lungbuster. They will be having a full weekend of activities. The kid’s races are as follows:
Kids race 6 & Under and 10 & Under will take place at 1 PM on Saturday, October 19th. All other age categories will follow. See all the details at https://www.tricountymtb.org/events.

Spooky Cross on Saturday & Sunday, October 26th & 27th. Come race our final two races on the weekend of October 26th & 27th. Two individual events, Saturday and Sunday. Details available at https://www.bikereg.com/skookycross
