👟I have to admit, I’m not a runner. Jogger? Sure. But not a runner.
Today and I ran the Pawtuxet River Run of the Mills 5k and crushed it! 😅
This run benefited the Pawtuxet River Authority and Watershed Council, which conserves the Pawtuxet River and its watershed. A place we’ve been enjoying a lot since we moved here! 🏞️🌲
I finished 11th out of 39 in my age group, which I’m really proud of! My hope when I share my wins and proud moments is that it inspires you to set a goal for yourself or try something new! Remember though, your fitness journey is unique to you— someone else’s goals don’t have to be your goals. Take time to think about your needs and wants and formulate a plan from there. And of course, I’m always here to give you guidance if you need it!
