This past weekend on our instructor retreat we made some fun things together, and while we were crafting we talked about all of the amazing members of our studio.

We wanted to give one of our crafted items to someone in the studio, and had trouble deciding who to choose.

Collectively, Sandra came to mind for always showing up with a smile and consistently trying all the classes on our schedule. She may travel and try new things or infuse other movement into her weeks—but when she comes into the studio, she WORKS!
