This one meant a little more. 💙

In their first match back, the Auburn boys took the course with Jeff on their minds and in their hearts. With “JG” proudly displayed on their hats and wrists, they honored him the best way they knew how … by playing together, competing hard, and bringing home a team win.

We know Jeff would have been proud of the way these young men represented Auburn, both on and off the course. His impact on this team and on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him will continue to be felt every time we tee it up.

Grab a partner and join us Saturday, September 26th for a fun two-person event featuring 6 holes of Captains Choice, 6 holes of Best Ball, and 6 holes of Alternate Shot!

🏌️ 9:00 AM Shotgun Start
💰 $50 Members | $80 Non-Members
🏆 Gross & Net scoring with the Peoria system
⛳ Cart, range balls, scats & prize fund included

Entry deadline is Thursday, September 24th at 12 PM. Payment must be made in advance.

Sunday, September 13, will be the final day that the Auburn Hills pool is open for the season!

COURSE CLOSURE NOTICE

In honor of our Director of Golf, Jeff Gandee, Auburn Hills Golf Club will be closed for all operations tomorrow, Friday, September 11th.

This closure will allow our staff to attend Jeff’s service, pay their respects, and honor his many years of dedicated service to Auburn Hills.

Auburn Hills will resume operations on Saturday, September 12th.

We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our Director of Golf, Jeff Gandee.

Jeff was far more than a leader at Auburn Hills Golf Club. He was a friend, a mentor, and an important part of our Auburn Hills family. His dedication to the course, his love for the game, and the many relationships he built had a lasting impact on Auburn Hills and our community.

Everyone at Auburn Hills is deeply saddened by this loss. Jeff meant so much to so many people, and he will be dearly missed. Auburn Hills simply will not be the same without him.
We will love you forever, Jeff!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jeff’s family, friends, and everyone who knew him during this incredibly difficult time.

Arrangements have been made for visitation on Thursday September 10th from 4pm-7pm at McCoy Funeral Home. The service will be held at Blue Ridge Church on Friday September 11th at 11:00 am

Rest in peace, Jeff. You will forever be a part of Auburn Hills.
