Happy Labor Day Weekend! Schedule updates for Monday & Tuesday:
Monday: No regular classes. Jiu Jitsu open mat at 5:00 (gi & no-gi). All gyms welcome.
Tuesday: no kickboxing. Otherwise, normal schedule.
