Since there are no classes this week, we are doing a daily challenge. Today’s challenge is push-ups. 20 push-ups they can be broken up into sets, but must equal 20. Good quality push-ups. Can’t wait to see how everyone did.

I read a story on the news yesterday about a 12 year old boy who nearly took his own life because the teasing and bullying was unrelenting.

➡️ His parents told him…Tell your teachers

➡️ His teachers told him…Just ignore them

➡️ His friends told him…Man up, don’t be a baby

➡️ Society told him…Just believe in your self

While none of this is "Bad advice" it’s not enough.
