No matter what tournament you attend, it’s always important to understand the rules and the points so you can plan your strategy accordingly and understand how your match is reviewed.
At CompNet, we want to ensure a safe environment for all athletes and keep things as simple as possible. We have chosen to closely align our rule set to that of IBJJF with only minor modifications.

Here’s a few tips to help you make the most of our annual team bbq this Saturday!
Come fully dressed in your GB gi and rashguard for your class.
Bring something to drink because it will be hot and we want everyone to stay hydrated!
Feel free to bring chairs and/or a canopy to put outside. We will have part of the parking lot blocked off for the grill and games.
We will be providing hamburgers and hot dogs but you are welcome to bring a side dish to share.
Keep in mind that seating inside the academy during classes will be very limited.
We are very excited about this fun and family friendly event as we say farewell to Professor Amadeu. We hope to see you all there!
