2) Foam rolling recovery with Brandon: Saturdays ⁣
3) Shotokan Karate with Sensei Oneman, Sensei Heidi, and Sensei Reinaldo: Mondays 12:30-3pm and 4:30-6pm, Wednesdays 12:30-3pm and 3:30-5pm, Thursday’s 3:30-5pm, and Fridays 12:30-3pm ⁣
3) High fitness on Mondays and Wednesdays @5:30pm ⁣
ALL MEMBERS CAN JOIN THESE CLASSES FOR FREE! ⁣
for non-members, it will be a $5 drop in fee
