46.4 lbs gone!πβ€οΈπβ€οΈ
I am in week two of transition and then on to maintenance! ππ»ππ»ππ»
After that, with the education piece, a life of great health and happiness!β€οΈπβ€οΈπ
When I stepped on that scale back in May and took this first picture I knew I needed to make a change! However, I was skeptical it would actually happen!
It did happen and not only did I meet my first goal of 36.4 lbs in 12 weeks, I met my second goal by taking another 10lbs off! Many have said to me you didnβt have that much to lose but I did! In May when I checked my BMI, I came in at overweight! I invested in myself and feel better than I have in a very long time! This is the best decision I have made in a long time. It has impacted my life in so many positive ways from not only my health and nutrition but I am so much happier, I feel better, sleep better, have more energy, and way more confidence. Not only that but my faith, my marriage, my family, my friendships, my job and so much more have also been impacted in positive ways because I finally invested in ME!

We're going to start off this week as Shane would! Getting it done in the gym! So let's all do a . We are issuing a BENCH PRESS CHALLENGE! Post your video repping 135, 225, 315 or 405! Well, today is the day I hit my goal weight of 130 lbs. Let me say that again so it can sink into my own brain "HOLY SMOKES. I'M ACTUALLY 130 LBS!!!). I started my weight lost journey at 242 lbs in Feb 2019 (BMI of 39) when a Dr. told me I was too fat for hernia surgery. I was mortified. I vowed that afternoon that I would never let that shame happen again. I started counting calories and slowly lost some weight. Over the summer of 2019 I met my health coach. It took me until November 2019 to ask her about this program and boy am I glad I did.
Dec 1, 2019 I officially went on program. My weight was 217.8β¦.BMI was 35. I had a 40" waist and 46" hips. I was miserable. I am living proof that this isn't a gimmick. Today my waist is 27" and I have 32" hips. I went from size 16/18 to size 4 jeans and a BMI of a very healthy 21. I lost over 68" overall. I have more energy than I know what to do with. I look forward to going places and am not scared to run into people I haven't seen in a while. If you are on the fence about this program, take the chance...I'm telling you, it's worth it.
Now for me to kick transitioning's ass and maintain for years to come!

This is Michelle, a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence. When it was time to turn in her puppy Brandt she was 252lbs. When Brandt graduated through another amazing organization called Early Alert Diabetic Dogs, she was 150lbs. This program changed her life while she changed another β€οΈ
