Well 5 wks post surgery my surgeon gave me the clear to start lifting again I may or may not have started a wk ago 🤫 but seriously I couldn't be more grateful of how my surgery went im pretty much completely pain free for the first time in over a yr. Now I can fully focus on building the nation with my beautiful soon to be wife. I hope you guys are loving everything so far im putting everything I have into making it the best gym around. Thank you guys for all the love and support and specially thank you to all my clients who continued to pay me even though i took some time off im so grateful of you guys💜💜
