This Guided Meditation Class was so enjoyable. Hope to see you join us on Saturday Mornings at 10:45am. Joann Wilson is amazing at getting you to relax, helping you with breath work and getting you in tune with your body to alleviate pains or discomforts. You need this in your weekend.

Book your treatments now. KT🖤 (Katora) your favorite Masseuse will be at Maximus next Wednesday September 23rd from 10:00am-5:00pm . Walk ins are welcome but this woman is so good that she generally books up pretty fast. High suggested to book ahead of time , like NOW! BOOK IT!
