New hours for the gym, taking into effect Monday, May 17th. All that changes is a later opening, at 8:30am instead of 7am. Class schedule remains unaffected.

We would like to thank all of the other gyms who have been regulars for open sparring on Wednesdays, your support has been crucial to our growth and we hope we have been useful to yours as well. We hope to continue our relationship as we make some changes to how we run our Wednesday nights.

Sparring at 6:30 will still be occurring as it always has been, but in order to guarantee a better experience for everyone involved we are looking to organize sparring more concisely. Sparring will no longer be open for walk-ins, as to avoid sparring running regularly past 9PM and diluting the amount of or quality of rounds.

For anyone looking to come down, please reach out ahead of time to Boxing Director so that we can arrange sparring for you and ensure it runs in an orderly fashion. Please send your fighters’ weight, age, and experience. If unable to reach Coach Rogie, you may reach out to Coach Dylan & Coach Miguel for help .

For members of the gym outside of the youth program looking to spar, please speak to one of the coaches as well so we can arrange something for you.
