Patrick Howe and Mike Cheney have been going at it for years, and this weekend at Sonoma Raceway there’s a little more on the line. Just 11 points separate them in the championship.

The next chapter takes us to Sonoma Raceway. September 5–6, SpecCorvette is back for another race weekend.

One track day in a Porsche 911 was all it took.

Three years later, #169 has a Daytona finish under his belt and no plans of slowing down.

This past Friday, we lost our friend Brian Boyd.

Just before Memorial Day, Brian was diagnosed with cancer, and sadly the fight was far too short. Brian was a beloved member of the Spec Corvette community, a great racer, and an even better friend.

Many of us will always remember him standing beside his blue Corvette, ready for another race weekend and another good conversation.

The track will not be the same without him, but the memories he created with all of us will live on.

Rest in peace, Brian Boyd. You will be missed and never forgotten. 🏁❤️
