Stylin’ in a swim cap!
Not only do we look like pro swimmers once we put the swim cap on, but swim caps also minimize drag while swimming, keep hair out of our face, AND keep body heat from escaping our head!

Back floating! One of the first and most important skills we learn when swimming is a strong back float. There are many different shapes and forms for a good float, so we may test a few before finding the right one!

Parent and Child lessons are always a blast! It's never too early - or too late! - to start lessons. Swl Swim School begins lessons as early as four months of age. The more accustomed to the water a baby becomes, the more successful they will be with learning to swim before age two! We offer both group sessions as well as individual Mommy and Me sessions!
