AHF is ran by Adam Wright, a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. Animal House is located near the Riverside Plaza. Our 2500 square foot facility is outfitted with state of the art training equipment utilized to push you outside of your comfort zone and prepare you to reach your optimal potential!
