Today, we're sharing a story from one of our very own team members, Hope!

From meeting her husband to making lifelong friends, Hope's Chuze journey is a reminder that the best part of the gym isn't always the workout. Sometimes, it's the people you meet along the way.

Did you know you can come to the gym just for a massage? 😌

At participating Chuze Fitness locations, our recovery amenities include Human Touch Zero Gravity Massage Chairs designed to give you a comfortable, full-body massage experience right inside the gym.

Just check in, book your massage chair with the front desk, choose your settings, settle into zero gravity and let the chair do the rest.

No workout required. We support a gym trip dedicated entirely to doing less. 💙

From October 19–24, select Chuze clubs with Team Training and Lift Lab w/Sessions are taking on six straight days of Halloween-themed workouts. Complete one session each day for all six days and you’ll earn the limited-edition Hell Week finisher shirt.

Check your club schedule, make sure your email is up to date at the front desk, and get ready to work for it.

Another story in our 18 Years of More celebration, and this one comes with four paws and a whole lot of fur! 🐾

Sir Valentino comes to Chuze with his dad, a veteran living with PTSD, to support him as he prioritizes both his physical and mental health.

Because sometimes, more support means having your best friend right there beside you.

We’ll be sharing more member stories like this throughout our birthday month as we celebrate 18 years of showing up for one another!

🚧 Heads up, Riverside! 🚧

Starting Monday, August 10, our Men's Locker Room will be temporarily closed for about a week while we make some improvements. During this time, the men's showers, restrooms, lockers, and access to the traditional sauna will be unavailable.

Members who would normally use the men's restroom can use our all-gender restroom while construction is underway.

Thanks for your patience while we make these updates!
