After loosing loved ones to strokes, heart attacks, and diabetes all of my life. I decided to take matters in my own hands and change the generational tragedies within my family. It was very awakening after experiencing Hypertension as an Adolescence and Young Adult so I decided to "Conquer My Life" by transitioning my health, body, and spirit. I have made my body the medicine and no longer have to put medicine in my body. "One Life - One Conquer"
