RRRC July IDPA. Finished 1st Place/CDP. Still shooting some 45acp to combat the Shortage of Small Pistol Primers. The added recoil of a 45 really slows down those shot splits, but with the proper grip and muscle groups, we can learn how to efficiently mitigate the extra recoil. So, is a 45acp really worth it? Some Christiansburg Action Pistol(Rifle too 🤣)...always a good time playing with some long guns! Finished 1st PCC, 2nd Overall.
RRRC May IDPA. Shot PCC (Rifle) division for the first time at a match, and CDP for double the fun! Finished 1st CDP and 1st PCC (2nd and 3rd overall) I think PCC is calling my name in the future!
Recently decided to venture into the CDP Division(45 ACP) More reloads, more recoil, but just as much fun! Still managed to pull off a 1st place Overall win/44 shooters! Excuse the sloppy reloads, these Goliath grips on the Big Caliber Glocks are no joke! So LADIES(and a few gentlemen) with small hands, we know what you're going through! It's a rare occasion that we get to "PRACTICE" here at GDC S&T. No matches this weekend, no hunting seasons, just an open range, and a few bullets laying around. So we made the best of it! It's really important to push yourself past your normal limits during practice sessions, it's a great way to find that fine line between being proficient, and being sloppy. Even got to help break-in this brand new PCC(Pistol Caliber Carbine), always glad to help out a friend break in a new gun!

Yes, yes it is!
Spent a little time in the office this evening. Sorry for the lack of posts lately, we recently moved, and as you can imagine we couldn't do anything until we got the Dillon(that blue thing) up and running again!! Hopefully everyone is stocked up for the 2021 shooting season despite the ammo shortage! Here we are loading a few 9mm Brass Monkey 125gr projectiles which are made not far from here!
