Our Beasts of the Day for the last day of training trip: Alexis and Sebby! Both of them pushed themselves out of their comfort zone in both the morning swim and the beach dryland!

Nothing quite like the annual gator baseball game…

We want to give a big shout out and thank you to the Zayas family, who, once again have provided our swimmers on training trip with an amazing spread of Boars Head Provisions. From lunch meat and cheese, to deli salads and hummus snacks, our swimmers are eating well!

We also want to recognize our Beast of the Day for Friday: Congratulations to Isaiah Kite for quietly putting in work through two tough practices. Bonus fact: Isaiah is also incredibly polite to everyone and considerate of his teammates!

We’re proud to announce ⭐️ Lily Ward ⭐️ as the second recipient of the 2026 Louis Tudor Memorial Scholarship. Congratulations, Lily!

The 2026 senior training trip is officially underway! After a practice and breakfast at the Gator Center, swimmers loaded up the vans and hit the road to Atlantic Beach. Evening dryland was followed by a team charades competition and pizza dinner. We are excited for a week filled with fun and focused training!
