Tippin Scales Bowfishing

Haven't posted in a while so this is going to be a long one!

This past weekend was the Potomac River Big 5 Slam. It was our first tournament of the season. I look forward to this shoot every year and this year was no different. In 2019 I was lucky enough to put our name on the winners list. I had a different team and we shot off a different boat then. Last year Jon Dock and I got together and were able to combine what I'm going to call Tippin Scales Midwest (the OG Tippin Scales) and Tippin Scales Southeast (my team) to create a group of guys that worked together at the Monster Bash in 2022 like we had shot together all our lives. He brought Shane T. Wilcox and Brian Little was nice enough to come with me. After that shoot we decided we'd try to get together for more but scheduling of tournaments didn't allow that to happen for this one. They had a big tournament near them so we decided to split the team and shoot both. Brian was still in so that left me 2 shooters short. I called up Blake Deal and told him I had 2 open spots if him and Brianna Henderson wanted them. He said they were in. With them joining us we had a team I felt good about. The question was how well would we work together? That question was quickly answered when the lights came on. It was incredible to say the least! We worked better together than any of us expected. We stayed after it all night and managed to put 92.10lbs in the boat. That weight was good enough to put Tippin Scales on the winners list a second time. While we were down here grinding it out Jon and Shane were in Michigan putting in work as well. They won the main pot, side pot for numbers and big fish. That's their second win of the year and they are currently in 1st place for team of the year for BAM. I couldn't be happier for my team and theirs! I want to thank Blake, Bri and Brian for shooting with me. You are all welcome on my boat any time. I want to thank all the guys that help me out starting with Shane and the guys at Dynamarine Performance Boats, Ballistic Drives and DekDesigns for building this bad ass boat. Matt Judge with Problem Child Outdoors for everything you've done throughtout the years. Victor McNew with 5 Star LED for building the best lights on the market. Carp Cartel Bowfishing Store for always getting me the gear I need. Joey Greenwell at G String Custom Bowstrings for building the best bows. I also have to thank The Bowfishing Shop for coming in clutch with some last minute stuff I forgot. We only have a couple tournaments scheduled for this season but we are off to a great start.

I have 15 100w LED lights for sale. They are the thick Seelite type housings with 5 Star LED 2200k chips (HPS color) and glass. 1 needs a new reflector due to a silver carp hitting it. I have 11 brackets to go with them. I also have 2 Arrow LED driving lights with brackets. Picture below shows both types of lights. $175obo for the driving lights. $100/light obo for the others.
