Registration is now open - snag your spot! Our intro course will take you from the ground to the air, every Thursday evening for 6 Weeks. Gain upper body strength and learn fundamental positions including a foot lock, basic climb and supported inversion. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, body awareness, and aerial comfort. Note: most of our offerings sell out >24 hours.
