Currently speed practicing at Firehouse Skate & play Vinton, VA 24179 We are currently enrolling new skaters to join our speed skating team. No Problem!
Our coaches will assist you with the techniques on speed skating. Don’t have your own speed skates? You may use our rental skates while we assist you with finding your own. Our Omni Speed Skating Team practices 2-3 times a week, each practice costs $8.00 per skater to help maintain the skating floor. Thursday evening practice 5:30pm- 7:30pm $5
Friday doors open 6am
Practice 6:30am- 8:30am free
Racing starting at 9am
Saturday and Sunday doors open 6am
Hoping to finish by 5 or 530pm each day.

One of the best skate floors on East Coast is ready for Blue Ridge Challenge with new plastic. Looking forward in seeing everyone there.
The SouthEastern League Meet on Sunday, February 1st, has been cancelled as a precautionary measure due to the impending winter snow storm. A new date for the meet will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.

Southeastern Blue Ridge League Meet Alert: Join us on February 1, 2026, at Skateland USA West, 200 Stage Coach Trail, Greensboro, NC. The event is open to beginners, quads, and elite skaters with an admission fee of $20. Spectators enjoy free admission.
