Bobby Lindamood, the chief instructor, has over 30 years experience in the martial arts. He is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In this experience he has taught adults and children for over 20 years building a reputation on quality.
