Lindamood's Martial Arts has been a fixture in Botetourt county for years and starting this year, we are also in SW Roanoke. Bobby Lindamood, the chief instructor, has over 30 years experience in the martial arts. He is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In this experience he has taught adults and children for over 20 years building a reputation on quality.
